Roller Derby E’Lite


Join us Sept 18th for a 10 week fun-on-skates fitness program that burns up to 500 calories an hour! TCDS is rolling out a new program that may be for you! Come give derby e’lite a try. We’ve taken all of the calorie burning drills and endurance training and eliminated the impact & hitting that deter so many ladies from full contact derby into a fun fitness program that can burn up to 500 calories an hour!
