Support Local Roller Derby!

Why support the Thunder City Derby Sirens?

Founded in 2010, the Thunder City Derby Sirens (TCDS) area 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to raising awareness of women’s flat track roller derby and working with local organizations to support women’s issues.

We started the team out a love for roller derby, and we’ve grown into a non-profit because we want to give back to the community that supports us.
We have volunteered with a number of organizations including:

  • Domestic Abuse Council of Volusia Co.
  • Kid’s House of Seminole
  • Save the Manatee Club
  • Florida Junior Roller Derby
  • Ronald McDonald House
  • Tunnels to Towers
  • Camp Boggy Creek
  • Seminole Co. Animal Services
  • Mainstreet Deland Association
  • Volusia Co. Adopt-a-Highway

Your contribution to TCDS would allow us to devote more time to giving back to our community. We have successfully navigated being a competitive roller derby league as well as a volunteer organization for almost ten years, and look forward to many years to come.

We are excited about building community relationships, raising money for some great causes, and of course, playing some roller derby!
