I learned about derby through my family member reffing. I started learning to ref and officiate in 2012 with the Boulder County Bombers in Colorado. My first bout working with TCDS was around 2014. I came to watch but was pulled from the audience to officiate. I love the friends I have made with this team over the years they are a second family. The bonding after games and non game events are some of my favorites.
