I remember reading Harley Quinn’s New 52 1st issue, it show her playing this awesome sport, I saw myself wanting to do something like that. At the time I lived in Puerto Rico and didn’t know of any leagues. Fast forward a couple years now living in Florida, I went to the DeLand Comics & Collectible show, TCDS was promoting and raffling the same comic book that I read some years ago, I won it, and I immediately took it as my sign to join. I didn’t have any knowledge but knew it was something that I was meant to do. I love that since day 1 I have felt welcomed, I love to be part of a group of amazing people that are so empowering and motivating!
